Organization WorkspaceOne organization, one source of truth

Organization Workspace

Organization-scoped access keeps events, supporters, fundraising, operations and reporting isolated from every other nonprofit on the platform.

2 of 26

Multi-Event LifecycleRun annual events without losing history

Multi-Event Lifecycle

Create multiple events under one organization, preserve historical reporting, and operate each event from its own event workspace.

Smart Pricing & Benefits$8 → $10 → $15

Smart Pricing & Benefits

Scheduled pricing phases, optional organization roster imports, automatic member-email recognition, verified member benefits and partner offers resolve so the best eligible price wins at checkout.

Ticket CheckoutHold → pay → issue QR

Ticket Checkout

Inventory is held during checkout, authoritative payment confirmation activates the ticket, and attendee/order QR credentials are issued from the same transaction.

5 of 26

Mobile Fast Check-InFast or Review mode

Mobile Fast Check-In

Fast mode auto-admits an eligible individual attendee after a valid scan. Review mode lets staff confirm before admission. Server-side paid, active and event checks remain authoritative.

Family & Order QRCheck In 1 • All • Select Guests

Family & Order QR

Order and family QR supports one guest, all guests or selected guests. Large status states, duplicate protection, automatic reset, camera scanning, handheld scanners, saved QR decoding, offline queue, readiness checks and backup packets remain available.

360° SupporterOne person, many relationships

360° Supporter

A supporter can be a ticket buyer, donor, member, volunteer or sponsor contact without creating disconnected person records.

Fundraising & EngagementDonations • sponsors • volunteers

Fundraising & Engagement

Keep donations and sponsorships distinct from ticket revenue, coordinate volunteers, segment supporters and send targeted communications from the organization scope.

Agreement CenterDraft → legal review → published

Agreement Center

Versioned Platform Services Agreements preserve the published text. Signed organization records freeze signer identity, title, email, time, plan and pricing snapshot, and SHA-256 evidence.

12 of 26

Immutable Fee LedgerDebit once • correct with credits

Immutable Fee Ledger

Paid-ticket platform receivables are recorded as immutable debits. Refunds and chargebacks create separate credits, and historical backfill stays cutoff-bound and excluded from automated invoicing.

13 of 26

PurposeTix BillingSeparate from nonprofit proceeds

PurposeTix Billing

The nonprofit keeps ticket proceeds in its own payment-provider account. Platform receivables use a separate billing profile, ACH preferred with card fallback, and no raw bank or card data stored in WordPress.

14 of 26

Billing Mandate & ActivationConfirmed payment controls activation

Billing Mandate & Activation

Billing authorization history is preserved. Event and organization paid activation waits for confirmed platform billing payment rather than checkout completion alone.

15 of 26

Automated InvoicingMonthly + threshold close

Automated Invoicing

Eligible immutable fee-ledger entries roll into invoices with transactional locking, unique ledger-to-invoice linkage, separate lines, payments and periods, and safe provider reconciliation on retry.

16 of 26

Revenue CenterAccrued → invoiced → collected

Revenue Center

See accrued, invoiced, collected, outstanding and past-due balances, AR aging, twelve-month trends, organization, event and provider breakdowns, statements and accounting exports.

Collections & RiskRetry • dunning • exposure controls

Collections & Risk

Configurable escalation, retries, credit limits, organization overrides, grace periods and restricted states are centralized in Collection Health with an auditable Platform Admin path.

18 of 26

Commercial ReadinessAgreement + billing before new paid selling

Commercial Readiness

New paid selling requires a current agreement and billing readiness. Historical events remain governed by their saved commercial policy unless Platform Admin deliberately applies the current gate.

19 of 26

Ticket SafetyCollections never invalidate paid entry

Ticket Safety

Billing restrictions do not invalidate previously paid attendee tickets, QR credentials or mobile check-in. Guest admission remains independent from the platform receivable state.

20 of 26

Security & AuditImmutable evidence • protected secrets

Security & Audit

Published and signed agreement evidence, fee and billing audit records, protected production payment-provider secrets, and the no-raw-bank-or-card-data design keep commercial administration reviewable without storing sensitive payment credentials in WordPress.

Archive historical events, analyze retained dependencies, route deletion requests for review, and use controlled test-data purge only when the event is eligible.
