PurposeTix uses individual accounts and organization-scoped permissions. Shared organization passwords are not used.
No account or setup required. Use Previous/Next or Auto-play to walk through the platform, and choose the Auto-play speed that works for you.
Organization-scoped access keeps events, supporters, fundraising, operations and reporting isolated from every other nonprofit on the platform.
Create multiple events under one organization, preserve historical reporting, and operate each event from its own event workspace.
Scheduled pricing phases, optional organization roster imports, automatic member-email recognition, verified member benefits and partner offers resolve so the best eligible price wins at checkout.
Inventory is held during checkout, authoritative payment confirmation activates the ticket, and attendee/order QR credentials are issued from the same transaction.
Fast mode auto-admits an eligible individual attendee after a valid scan. Review mode lets staff confirm before admission. Server-side paid, active and event checks remain authoritative.
Order and family QR supports one guest, all guests or selected guests. Large status states, duplicate protection, automatic reset, camera scanning, handheld scanners, saved QR decoding, offline queue, readiness checks and backup packets remain available.
Track sponsor-attributed offers, tickets and guest check-ins alongside promised and delivered benefits, sponsor-facing impact reporting, and optional paid-sponsor advertisements on the organization’s public page.
Combine paid admissions, check-ins, ticket revenue, donations, sponsorships, volunteers and survey results into board and event impact reporting.
A supporter can be a ticket buyer, donor, member, volunteer or sponsor contact without creating disconnected person records.
Keep donations and sponsorships distinct from ticket revenue, coordinate volunteers, segment supporters and send targeted communications from the organization scope.
Versioned Platform Services Agreements preserve the published text. Signed organization records freeze signer identity, title, email, time, plan and pricing snapshot, and SHA-256 evidence.
Paid-ticket platform receivables are recorded as immutable debits. Refunds and chargebacks create separate credits, and historical backfill stays cutoff-bound and excluded from automated invoicing.
The nonprofit keeps ticket proceeds in its own payment-provider account. Platform receivables use a separate billing profile, ACH preferred with card fallback, and no raw bank or card data stored in WordPress.
Billing authorization history is preserved. Event and organization paid activation waits for confirmed platform billing payment rather than checkout completion alone.
Eligible immutable fee-ledger entries roll into invoices with transactional locking, unique ledger-to-invoice linkage, separate lines, payments and periods, and safe provider reconciliation on retry.
See accrued, invoiced, collected, outstanding and past-due balances, AR aging, twelve-month trends, organization, event and provider breakdowns, statements and accounting exports.
Configurable escalation, retries, credit limits, organization overrides, grace periods and restricted states are centralized in Collection Health with an auditable Platform Admin path.
New paid selling requires a current agreement and billing readiness. Historical events remain governed by their saved commercial policy unless Platform Admin deliberately applies the current gate.
Billing restrictions do not invalidate previously paid attendee tickets, QR credentials or mobile check-in. Guest admission remains independent from the platform receivable state.
Published and signed agreement evidence, fee and billing audit records, protected production payment-provider secrets, and the no-raw-bank-or-card-data design keep commercial administration reviewable without storing sensitive payment credentials in WordPress.
The platform connects tickets, fundraising, supporters, sponsors, volunteers, check-in, agreements, billing, revenue and risk into one controlled nonprofit operating model.
Each Event chooses how people participate. Registration and RSVP stay inside the Event instead of becoming a separate organizer workspace.
Build event-scoped questions, pricing, waivers, capacity, confirmations and participant records while continuing to use the PurposeTix Pricing Catalog.
Start from audience-aware announcements and reminders for ticket buyers, participants, volunteers, sponsors, members and supporters, then edit the message before sending.
Published eligible events can appear in discovery while Draft, Test/QA, Private, Archived and deleted events remain excluded.
Archive historical events, analyze retained dependencies, route deletion requests for review, and use controlled test-data purge only when the event is eligible.
