Agreement Center
Versioned Platform Services Agreements preserve the published text. Signed organization records freeze signer identity, title, email, time, plan and pricing snapshot, and SHA-256 evidence.

Immutable Fee LedgerDebit once • correct with credits
Immutable Fee Ledger
Paid-ticket platform receivables are recorded as immutable debits. Refunds and chargebacks create separate credits, and historical backfill stays cutoff-bound and excluded from automated invoicing.

PurposeTix BillingSeparate from nonprofit proceeds
PurposeTix Billing
The nonprofit keeps ticket proceeds in its own payment-provider account. Platform receivables use a separate billing profile, ACH preferred with card fallback, and no raw bank or card data stored in WordPress.

Billing Mandate & ActivationConfirmed payment controls activation
Billing Mandate & Activation
Billing authorization history is preserved. Event and organization paid activation waits for confirmed platform billing payment rather than checkout completion alone.

Automated InvoicingMonthly + threshold close
Automated Invoicing
Eligible immutable fee-ledger entries roll into invoices with transactional locking, unique ledger-to-invoice linkage, separate lines, payments and periods, and safe provider reconciliation on retry.

Collections & Risk
Configurable escalation, retries, credit limits, organization overrides, grace periods and restricted states are centralized in Collection Health with an auditable Platform Admin path.

Commercial ReadinessAgreement + billing before new paid selling
Commercial Readiness
New paid selling requires a current agreement and billing readiness. Historical events remain governed by their saved commercial policy unless Platform Admin deliberately applies the current gate.

Ticket SafetyCollections never invalidate paid entry
Ticket Safety
Billing restrictions do not invalidate previously paid attendee tickets, QR credentials or mobile check-in. Guest admission remains independent from the platform receivable state.

Security & Audit
Published and signed agreement evidence, fee and billing audit records, protected production payment-provider secrets, and the no-raw-bank-or-card-data design keep commercial administration reviewable without storing sensitive payment credentials in WordPress.
